Hui Li Industry belongs to Helee Group which was established in 1989, over 35 years' history. As one of the leading manufacturers for pharmaceutical packaging material in China, it owns two factories with 5 BU manufacturing Primary packaging material and Secondary packaging materials, both located in Chengdu city, Sichuan province, southwest of China.
